Main activities:

The HR department of the institute builds its work on the basis of the Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, relevant laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the charter of the institute, as well as normative legal acts adopted by relevant executive authorities and decisions and orders of ANAS. The Human Resources Department provides recruitment and placement taking into account suitability, qualifications and skills, level of professionalism, etc.

The department compiles and maintains a comprehensive database of employees, assures formalization of decisions on employees, hiring, dismissal orders, starting an employment contract with employees, etc. draws up. Registration of attendance, preparation and execution of vacation schedules, preparation of personal files, as well as the placement of information about employees in the electronic database of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection and the

enterprise resource planning system (SINAM) and make the necessary changes. Provides the issuance of certificates and other documents to the employees of the institute.
