The sector’s main scientific focus includes the evidence-based design of strategic management and planning mechanisms, results-oriented monitoring and systematic evaluation of the institute’s activities, comprehensive analysis of programs and projects in terms of efficiency, impact, and sustainability, as well as the development of decision-making models grounded in empirical evidence.
