A discussion of the dissertation work written by Jamal Surkhay oglu oglu Huseynov in the specialty 5411.01-meteorology was held at the scientific seminar of the Dissertation Council of the Institute of Geography named after academician H.A.Aliyev, in order to obtain the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in geographical sciences. The theme of Dissertation work is "Study of the impact of global climate change on the precipitation regime in the territory of Azerbaijan". By the decision of the SC of DS, the scientific work of J. Huseynov was transferred to the next stage of defense.
