The Republican Humanitarian Gymnasium named after S.J. Peshavari hosted the III Republican School Scientific and Practical Conference dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the national leader Heydar Aliyev on the topic "Heydar Aliyev: science and education in Azerbaijan."

The organizers of the conference are the Ministry of Science and Education, Republican Humanitarian Gymnasium, Institute of Oriental Studies of ANAS, Institute of Geography of the Ministry of Education and Science, Baku Eurasian University, Guba and Shamakhi branches of Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University, Guba Genocide Memorial Complex, S. Bahlulzade Foreign Languages Gymnasium, republican secondary school of physics, mathematics and informatics, Shirvan secondary school of chemistry and biology.

The conference was attended by the General Director of the Institute of Geography, Doctor of Geography Zakir Eminov, Senior Researcher Etibar Badalov, Leading Researcher Hijran Tairova and Junior Researcher Beyimkhanym Huseynova.

82 students presented their scientific works at the conference.

At the closing ceremony of the conference, the winning students were awarded medals, diplomas and valuable gifts, and all participants were awarded certificates.
