The dissertation of Nofal Bunyami oglu Artunov for the scientific degree of Doctor of Philosophy on the topic: “The influence of regional planning of the Sheki region on the development of the tourism economy, in the specialty “5402.01 - Historical geography, political and recreational geography”  was discussed at a joint meeting of the departments of political and economic geography, demography and population geography, geography of tourism, recreation and medical geography of the Institute of Geography named after Academician H. Aliyev.
