The guest of Baku Television was Doctor of Geographical Sciences, Head of the Department of Hydrometeorology of the Caspian Sea of the Institute of Geography named after Academician H.Aliyev of the MSEAR Said Safarov.

The program covered the current issue of global climate change, the problems it causes; discussed the reduction or gradual disappearance of some seasons, climate-related changes, losses in agriculture, water security issues, etc., and studied the opinions of scientists and experts in the relevant field.
