Six students from the University of Giessen, sent for an internship to the Institute of Geography of Azerbaijan in accordance with a memorandum signed between the Institute of Geography named after Acad. H. Aliyev of the MSE and the Faculty of Geography of the Justus-Liebig University of Giessen (Germany), made reports at a scientific seminar.

Their papers, titled "The City of Sheki," "Public Transportation: Baku-Frankfurt," and "The History of Bread in Germany," were met with interest. The students' presentations, which provided information on Azerbaijan's historical and natural monuments, were highly appreciated by the seminar participants, and their answers to questions were deemed satisfactory.

At the end of the event, the head of the Institute presented certificates to the German students and wished them success in their studies and future research works.
