In accordance with a memorandum of cooperation signed between the Institute of Geography of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Justus-Liebigs-Universität in Germany, a group of university professors, teachers, and students visited Azerbaijan.
A seminar on "Modern Methods for Assessing and Preparing Field Research on Climate Change in Azerbaijan" was organized for the participants at the Institute of Geography. The German guests presented papers on identifying research problems in the context of climate change adaptation, participatory research, creating interactive groups, mapping research problems based on community perspectives, and other topics.
