In accordance with the decision of the Presidium of the Higher Attestation Commission under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated September 29, 2020, a qualifying doctoral examination for PhD training was held at the Institute of Geography on May 21, 2026, within the framework of the summer examination session.

During the examination, the doctoral candidate’s level of knowledge was assessed and graded by the relevant commission in accordance with the established criteria.
