By the order of Ilham Aliyev, the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated February 3, 2020, Ramiz Mahmud oglu Mammadov was awarded the Order of Glory “Shokhrat” for his contribution to the development of the geographical science in Azerbaijan.
