| Main scientific achievements: | Agro-climatic conditions and resources of the major perennial crops have been studied, the influence of meteorological condition to the amount and quality of the product has been defined, agro-climatic zoning of the mentioned plants has been carried out; perennial crops microclimate, radiation and heat balances have been studied, the dependences of the creation, amount and quality of the product on the methods of planting and formation of their umbrellas has been determined; climatic and reclamation zoning of the territory of Azerbaijan was carried out on the basis of developed zoning system and zoning map has been drawn up, province, sub-province, district, sub-districts were separated and their agro-climatic characteristics have been presented; possible influence of expected climatic changes to the agro-climatic resources, borders of natural zones, natural and agro-ecosystems, human health has been investigated and adaption measures have been developed. |
