A monograph by Doctor of Geographical Sciences, Associate Professor Stara Abulfaz gizi Tarikhazer has been published.

The monograph “Modern Understanding of the Fundamentals of Physical Geography” examines the object and tasks, and also presents basic information about the structure and conditions of the Earth’s formation, and gives a description of the geospheres of the geographic shell. One of the chapters is devoted to environmental issues. The “This is Interesting” section contains the latest information on world scientific research in the field of astronomy, geology, climatology, etc. Numerous tables, maps and illustrations are provided.

The monograph is intended for teachers and students of geographical faculties of universities studying in the specialty “Geography”. It may also be of interest to students and postgraduates of other higher educational institutions in the ecological and geographical field.
