An employee of the Institute of Geography named after acad. H. Aliyev of the AR MSE, Ph.D. in technical sciences Ismayil Zeynalov, participated in the online training titled “Sea Level Change Tools for Planning and Decision Support Using NASA Earth Information System” organized by the US National Aeronautics and Space Administration.
This two-part introductory training series focused on NASA products and existing tools for assessing historical sea level rise, understanding sea level projections, and studying their impacts. Participants learned about the causes of regional and global sea level change and explored climate and analytical tools for obtaining, visualizing, and statistically analyzing NASA data.
Having successfully completed the exam, I. Zeynalov was presented with a NASA certificate.
