The certification of doctoral students and dissertators was held at the Institute of Geography named after academician H. Aliyev of the MSE AR.

The reports of 7 doctoral students studying for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy were heard. The members of the certification committee reviewed the status of their dissertations. The committee decided that 6 of them should complete their education, and 1 did not pass the certification.

The reports of 7 doctoral students who passed from the 2nd to the 3rd year of study for a Doctor of Philosophy were also heard. Their studies were considered satisfactory and it was decided that they could move on to the next year.

A decision was made to exclude 1 doctoral student from doctoral studies due to the fact that he moved to live abroad. The annual reports of 4 doctoral students were heard, and they were transferred to the next year.
