Leading researcher of the Institute of Geography named after academician H.A. Aliyev of MSE AR  Ismayil Zeynalov and Advisor of the State Aerospace Agency, Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences Hikmet Hasanov published an article they wrote together in the journal "Earth Sciences and Human Constructions" of the American Institute of Physics.

The article "On the possibility of calculating radioactive pollutants taking into account climatic and meteorological features" was published in the materials of the conference "Environment, geological sciences and water" held in Greece, USA.

The article examines new problems of climate change and global warming, the spread of pollutants and their impact on the environment in the modern era. The authors noted that the release of harmful substances into the environment can cause serious harm to human health and the balance of ecosystems. For this reason, it is necessary to create and develop effective environmental monitoring systems.
